Project Manager, Settlement and Wellness Programs

The project manager collaborates with CultureLink’s program managers for new relationships development, enhancement and expansion of community engagement, partnerships and engaging the employees to produce services par excellence. The position also monitors capture of accurate, timely and exhaustive data on deliverables by the program staff, provides feedback and guidance for efficient data management and produces critical reports for decision making relating to program design, delivery enhancement and staff productivity.

HR Generalist

CultureLink Settlement and Community Services (‘CultureLink’) is currently seeking a full-time HR Generalist who will function directly under the overall supervision and direction of the Chief Executive Officer. As the HR Generalist, the successful candidate will, develop, implement HR functions, and manage employee relations in a unionized environment.

Bookkeeper and Payroll administrator

CultureLink is currently seeking a part-time bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator who will be part of the Finance and Administration team, reporting to the Finance Manager or similar or higher-level official. The position requires a critical deadline-based performance and absolute adherence to maintain discretion and confidentiality. The selected candidate will exhibit expertise in handling the payroll and full cycle accounting/bookkeeping functions independently with a good command on verbal and written communication and demonstrated knowledge of related laws and accounting standards.

Instructor - LINC

Scope
To provide language instruction to newcomers to Canada; to develop a program based on LINC curriculum and CLB Benchmarks; to assist the intake/administrative and settlement staff in implementing the settlement component to the program.

ECE- School Readiness Program

ECE staff is responsible to the Program Supervisor and the Program Coordinator for the proactive and safe planning and organizing of activities for children and their parents attending the Rexdale Women’s Centre’s, School Readiness program. The Early Childhood Educator will lead children in activities that encourage intellectual, physical and emotional growth.
