Case Manager - Concurrent Disorders

Case Manager - Concurrent Disorders will provide culturally and linguistically appropriate case management supports to individuals living with complex addictions and mental health issues and to their significant others. Services include individualized assessment, care planning, supportive counselling, service co-ordination (linking service recipients with services and supports), and specific interventions related to concurrent disorders.

Administrative Assistant, Employment Services - Peel (CONTRACT)


Achev Administrative Assistant for Peel Employment Ontario will provide centralized administrative duties for the Employment Services program. Reporting to the Employment Services Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for pre-screening and scheduling client appointments, preparing statistical reports, and providing administrative support to the ES team.

Employer Liaison, Skilled Newcomer Incentive Bond Pilot (2 Positions)

The Skilled Newcomer Incentive Bond Pilot will test an innovative approach to address specific barriers faced by skilled newcomers in order to improve their labour market integration. Through this project, employers will be provided with a hiring bond to hire, train, and provide work experience for skilled newcomers in their field of study and professional experience.

Director – Newcomer Services

Reporting to the CEO, the Director - Newcomer Services is a collaborative member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the Departmental Management Team (DMT) and is accountable for providing leadership and strategic direction consistent with the Indus’ strategic goals and managing execution to deliver desired outcomes. This includes the overall planning, development, delivery and effectiveness of programs, and the effectiveness of day-to-day program operations. The Director will build and mentor a high performing team responsible for a service-oriented culture that is responsive to the ongoing and emerging needs of the communities served by Indus. They will maintain professional relationships with community stakeholders and funders at all levels and stay current on region wide initiatives and developments in the sector.

Co-op Placement & Mentorship Assistant

Bridge to Employment for Women (BEW) project is designed to prepare immigrant women for employment and enhance their readiness to the job market that have emerged since the COVID-19 pandemic. It is developed using a holistic wrap around approach that encompasses four main components including a 6 week of in demand employment skill-enhancement, a 3-month co-op work experience placement, scheduled networking events, and one-to-one mentorship over a 10 month period.

Facilitator, Mobilize Ontario

The Outreach Liaison/Facilitator will coordinate all outreach activities and support the Coordinator with the daily operations of the project. The successful candidate will work with the Coordinator to plan, implement, and evaluate outreach strategies and pre-employment workshop materials to achieve the targets of the project as per the Contribution Agreement. The Outreach Liaison/Facilitator will recruit newcomers, prepare them for employability and provide ongoing supports as needed.
