Skills for Change is seeking submissions from service providers to evaluate the HI Bridge to Work program.
The purpose of this project is to fund the collection and analysis of project/program data to establish the best practices and recommendations for the delivery of bridging program for new immigrants.
Skills for Change is committed to developing and delivering programs aimed at lowering the employment barriers faced by immigrants - particularly internationally trained individuals. The goal of SfC’s bridging programs is to help bridge participants international experience and training with what they need to know in the Canadian market so that they are better prepared and more successful at relaunching their careers in Canada. The programs provide sector specific training, employment support and connections to employers.
Along with your proposal, please provide a covering letter, company portfolio, and 3 recent references based on related initiatives, work, and a sample of a completed evaluation project no later than: December 29, 2020.
Also include clear timelines and deadline for completion of the evaluation.
Selection process will commence the week of January 4, 2021.
