This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by ACCES Employment for the purpose of identifying organizations or individual professionals that may qualify to be awarded a temporary contract.

ACCES recently rolled out a Trades Project - a pilot project that aims to support Syrian newcomers to gain employment in construction-related occupations and apprenticeable trades. Syrian newcomers will be provided with work related language training, sector-specific practical training and job placement support. We are now seeking a contractor to develop 2 language training curriculum modules that focus specifically on work communication and construction trades for Syrian newcomers CLB levels 2 & 3.
