This webinar will involve understanding emotions through primary and secondary levels.
We will also go through exercises focused on self-soothing and emotion regulation techniques that address confusion, anger, anxiety, depression to help regulate your own emotions.
Our mental health counsellor from Skills for Change will facilitate this workshop.
