Maximizing Governance aims to strengthen the capacity of community groups and agencies to govern themselves effectively and provide responsive services that are tailored to the communities they support. The project is led by OCASI, in partnership with St. Stephen's Community House, and funded by the City of Toronto.
Under its Maximizing Governance Project, is pleased to announce a Webinar for Executive Directors and Board Members on Organizational Sustainability.
This webinar will provide tools and resources on ensuring organizational sustainability through moments of crisis, especially in the context of COVID-19. It will focus on organizational strategy, human resources, and finances.

About the Presenter:
Brian is a retired software industry business executive with board and officer experience with several non-profit organizations as well as assignments with MAS. In a 35-year career, Brian has managed financial technology businesses around the world within firms such as Reuters, SunGard and FIS. He is now a director and advisor to a number of FinTech start-up companies in Canada and Chairman of Asset Control. Among other positions, he is also Chair of CODE, Canada’s leading international development agency focused on advancing literacy and education.
