OCASI The Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants Under its Maximizing Governance Project, is pleased to announce a Webinar for Toronto Executive Directors and Board Members on: Risk Management.
This webinar will support senior leaders and board members in identifying, analyzing, and addressing risks in for-public benefit organizations.
About the Presenter:
Chris is a retired Vice President of a major financial institution. She has spent the last 20 years working as a volunteer consultant in the non profit sector with a broad range of organizations, primarily focused on strategic planning, governance, facilitation and general management issues.

Maximizing Governance aims to strengthen the capacity of community groups and agencies to govern themselves effectively and provide responsive services that are tailored to the communities they support.
