Under the Duty to Accommodate, employers and service providers are required to accommodate the needs of people with disabilities to ensure equal opportunities, equal access, and can enjoy similar benefits. Services must be designed inclusively and adapted to accommodate people with disabilities in a way that promotes integration and full participation.
