Over the years more studies demonstrate the benefits of mindfulness practice, including stress reduction, boosting the immune system, rewiring the brain to help cultivate positive habits, work through our mind and thoughts through increased awareness.
We will look how to incorporate mindfulness through movements and intentions into everyday life and not just at a seated meditation.
Our mental health counsellor from Skills for Change will facilitate this workshop.
