Online Training Initiative to Address Human Trafficking – 2012/2013 Call for Applications

Community-based agencies are invited to apply to design and implement a new Online Training Initiative to Address Human Trafficking that will create consistency in service delivery and enhance service provision for all victims of human trafficking throughout Ontario.
The selected agency will develop the online training program as well as a resource handbook detailing best practices for ongoing service delivery. Agencies may partner with other organizations to deliver certain aspects of this initiative. The ministry will provide up to $150,000 for the completion of this project.
Proposals should focus on delivering an online program that is innovative, interactive and demonstrates the ability to successfully engage human trafficking service providers throughout the province. For more information, read the application guide.
