HireImmigrants.ca website redesigned
The newly re-designed hireimmigrants.ca website is filled with information, resources and tools for employers interested in learning to better recruit, retain and promote skilled immigrants. Suzanne Hoffberg, of Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, moderated a recent webinar discussing the importance of a diverse workforce, including tapping into the talent of skilled immigrants. One of the tools highlighted in the webinar was the hireimmigrants.ca Roadmap, a step-by-step guide with strategies and tools to enhance an organization’s human resources practice.
