The Ontario Network of Employment Skills Training Projects (ONESTEP) invites you to attend the Common Assessment Process (CAP) Training.
The Common Assessment Process is a standardized model for building collaborative client information-gathering and action planning sessions. CAP provides a consistent, employment planning and interview format that spans community partners, resulting in a more coordinated, professional approach to the employment planning process.
CAP Training would be especially beneficial for employment personnel who conduct intake, assessments, and service coordination with clients.
