The Scarborough Civic Action Network (SCAN)’s GROWTH Workshop Series invites you to a Grant Writing Workshop.

Facilitator: Ana Skinner, Laidlaw Foundation

Workshop Objectives:

• Discuss the steps required in writing successful & effective grant proposals

• Review the components of grant proposals (project proposal, workplan, budget etc)

• Provide participants with tips and techniques for writing clear proposals

• Develop an understanding of what different funders are looking for in project proposals

• Network with other groups working in Scarborough’s communities
